Hello there! Glad you found me! My name is Suzy and I have been practicing in the field of mental health for 10 years. I am passionate about understanding and supporting you along your healing journey. I specialize in EMDR, trauma memory work, that supports progress with rewiring our negative beliefs for a more aware and confident self! My style is very down to earth and relateable. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my boys, two young children, my husband and fluffy cat. I find great joy in movement with strength training and running, as well as DIY projects in my home. I am passionate to live and serve in the Roseville, MN community.
